For yet another edition, hundred of delegates and dozens of Romanian and international music business professionals participated in this year’s edition of Mastering the Music Business (MMB) – the biggest event of the music industry in Romania. The eight edition of MMB took place in Bucharest from the 5th until the 7th of September 2023.
Dedicated to all music enthusiasts, MMB is the place where both artists and music business professionals are offered the opportunity to meet with leading experts in the industry, learn from them and interact with them directly.
For this year’s edition, together with our Romanian partner, HEMI Initiative organised a series of activities aiming to present the vibrant ecosystem of artistic creativity and music entrepreneurship in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) . More specifically:
– A HEMI Incubator Pitching Session was held by the Romanian partner together with Greek and Estonian teams, in a hybrid format. The event brought together the mentors the Jury Members and local professionals together with the 30 participants of this year’s acceleration and incubation program presented live their business ideas and projects.
-A HEMI Reception took place with food & drinks for all delegates and speakers.
-HEMI sponsored a panel hosting local and regional music professionals that presented how music entrepreneurs in CEE are revolutionizing the industry, igniting artistic creativity, and driving economic growth (topic > Cultivating Music Entrepreneurship in the CEE Region)
– An editorial on Hemi Music Awards 2023 Finalists was inserted in the MMB Magazine ( https://www.masteringthemusicbusiness.ro/mmb-magazine/).
