Dina Jashari is an artist from North Macedonia that pours her heart and mind out into her songwriting. Dreamy harmonies, emotional lyrics, modern and fresh beats are the elements that stand out in her music. She is the writer and producer of her songs, and also works with her co-producer Dragi Ivanov, who is also the recording, mix, and master engineer of her music. Her music genre would be pop, dream pop, neo-soul, jazz. Until now, she has four singles out: “Posledna minuta”, “Zborovi”, “Boi”, “Kopnezhi” and an EP named “Doma”.
She continues to write and produce new music, collaborates with artists from the region, and plans to play at festivals and showcases with her band.
Dina with her song “Boi”, was nominated and got to second place for the prize “Milan Mladenovic’, which was hosted in Belgrade, Serbia in September 2021. In 2021, she took part in lots of festivals in Macedonia: Zemjotres(MKC), Today it’s all about jazz, Cinedays (CinEmusic), The Park Festival (Gostivar),30 years independent Macedonian music” (Ohrid), Festival – Tvrdina na sonceto – Kokino observatory, Pin music conference 2021, etc.
She plays her music live with her full band (Dina Jashari – singer, Luka Toshev – guitar, Simeon Angelovski – bass, Dragan Teodosiev – drums, Stefan Aleksovski – piano, Rebeka Vlaisavljevic – backing vocalist) and also as an electronic duo with her guitarist Luka Toshev and a laptop.
