Music Estonia’s next Director Ave Tölpt has previously worked as the CEO of the NGO Jazz Estonia, being responsible for the daily management of the organization, team building and both local and international representation. Last workplace featured also working in the cultural sector as the Head of the Exhibition Department in the National Library of Estonia, leading successfully various cooperation projects for many years. Among other things, she contributes to the field of music as an guest author and radio host for Estonian Public Broadcasting, Classical Radio. She is also the first Estonian Ambassador for Keychange, a global network and movement working towards gender equality in the music industry, and the Member of the Council of Advisers at the Georg Ots Tallinn Music College.
