Zicer Inc. International Tour project focuses on breaking the language barriers and promoting Serbian alternative music across Europe and the rest of the world. Starting with the Serbian alternative hip-hop collective Zicer Inc. our plan is to create a network of artists, venues and promoters that could work both ways.
