Paulina Parvanov is the founder of raspberry soda, an internationally operating artist development agency and record label based in Austria. Her extensive industry experience led to her current role as conference manager at Waves Vienna and project manager at the Austrian Music Fund.

With a background in journalism and public relations, she uses her communication skills to build sustainable networks. To achieve changes also on a structural level she’s a committee member in some key institutions of the Austrian Music industry like the FAMA Film and Music Austria of the chamber of commerce, the collecting society LSG and the climate initiative Music Declares Emergency Austria.

Paulina is an active board member of the Austrian trade association of independent labels and music publishers and of IMPALA, where she dedicates her time to advancing the interests of independent labels.
