- Worked as booker, stage manager and location manager at many European festivals, such as: Exit, Revolution, Metal Days, Sea Dance, UTBS and many more.
- Co-founder of respectable Serbian underground festival Festival srpskog podzemlja.
- Since 2013, co-founder of the MM Concerts agency, which specializes in alternative music shows as well as other alternative cultural events.
- Since 2001, owner of the independent label Grom Records and Tmina Records.
- Since 2014, running several radio shows: Extreme zone, Sat Groma.
- Since 2006, work as stage, location manager as well as booker of Exit’s most alternative stage, the Explosive stage.
